Make sphere model added joints then used Spear script edited it a bit stuff like that..

thats like pre-throw animation.  You should make a snowball launcher, snowballs and just a plain snow ball.  You can just use a rocket launcher model for the snowball launcher and the snowballs let you throw more thna just one.
