Snowball V2 (V3 corrupted fixing problem)

Hey, i created a weapon snowball its V2

V2

• Loading animation
• Fires once
• New icon
• smaller
• New hit emitter

V3(fixing)

• New sound effects
• CI icon
• You can fire more then once
• 1 - 2 hit kill

Ah this one is 2 hit kill tho :D

It shouldn't do damage, it should make you tumble (if possible, if not it should just throw them back, maybe whiteout). It is a snowball after all. If you want it to do more damage just edit the server.cs.
