I can't connect to Rky's Server

So whenever i try to connect to Rky's server it Freezes on downloading file manifest. I can still check client things though. I can't talk and the loading bar doesn't move. I even used a fresh copy of blockland. I don't know what's wrong, i can connect to other servers just fine. here is a console log.

I'm thinking you would have to redownload blockland but keep the Add-Ons.

I did and it won't download the addons. i downloaded v19 and reinsalled, and it still wouldn't work.
