I just lost my favorite game :C

Well, I was Playing IL-2 Sturmovik 1946, when I tried to play a custom mission it said it couldn't find the map. So, I restarted, thinking it would just iron itself out. The game was 10 years old, so I figured it was just a weird glitch. It still didn't work, so I started suspecting that someone had screwed with the game's files while I was out of town for 2 days. I uninstalled and, being the idiot I am, didn't look for the game first. When I went to get it, I couldn't find it. I searched everywhere, and I could just find disc 2. It was to late to stop the uninstall.

Well, I guess that's another thing to ask for Christmas.

The game is 10 years old. I completely wiped it off the drive, and I can't download it without buying it off Steam.

EDIT: By the ways guys, don't suggest. I won't buy modern games. IL-2 was a forgetin' masterpiece. I might buy the newer Birds Of Prey version though.
