Here's some bands that you ABSOLUTELY NEED TO SEE if they play, and they probably will because they played in 2010.

• Umphrey's McGee
• Disco Biscuits
• Lotus
• Les Claypool
• Deadmau5

Definitely check out the jam bands. PM me when the lineup comes out and I'll tell you what to see. I can't go (aaaage) but I want you to go to those shows and enjoy them for me, because jam bands are so damn good. Bonnaroo isn't as well attended jam band wise as I thought, but those first three I mentioned are damn good and definitely worth seeing. (edit: last two are too)
