Author Topic: Port forward help?  (Read 1101 times)

My minecraft server doesn't work, and I forwarded all the ports. Help?

I forwarded them to my IPv4 IP and it is static, i think.

Help?

Unfoward them and see if that works. Use your external ip too. (AKA. your routers IP)

Remove the ports you fowarded. I was able to stop hosting on warcraft 3 by doing that.
Also: Use that ip. It shows you on blockland forums every time you post.

i WANT to host. and how can I use that IP? Lemme screenie the forwarding page for you

what do there

I am forwarding both TCP and UDP, I need it.

Look in my attachment.
The circle in the image is the ip you should NOT use.
Use your external ip. Look in the second attachment. Thats your external ip. I hidden part of my ip so nobody can track it. As you can see. Your external ip can be found on next to your report to moderator button. Use that ip to connect.

but how? If its only letting me edit the 132 part, and not allowing any other numbers

Skateaton, ignore Venson. He has no idea what the forget he's talking about.

Port Forwarding is for INTERNAL loving IPs.

Are you sure 132 is your internal IP, and that the server is using port 25565?

yeps.

Try right-clicking on the connection, and clicking "Repair".
The port may have not been unbound since the last time you used it.
