Author Topic: Ticonderoga's TF2 CTF : The Sewers  (Read 2109 times)

Its been a while since I've posted on the forums, but I started playing blockland again and created another TF2 CTF. I thought that it would be a neat idea to have a DM that mostly consisted of underground activity. So here are a few pictures to show you the basis of the build.

No the build isn't very reminiscent of TF2, but the classes are almost exact.

I was there, it was really fun :D

Aboveground is far too empty. Make it like a wasteland with dangerous traps so you have to use the sewers to get the flag. Also, make the sewers less empty. It would look better with a proper brick (1x2) feel. Make gaps in the walls or stuff to make the build more interesting. It looks like it has good gameplay value.

Not a bad idea, but I would rather not ruin the build with 1,000+ 1x2 bricks to cover all the walls.

Yeah, the town area was poorly made and makes for a far to easy get-away with the flag.

I like this idea though.

I like the build, but I was there yesterday and I found a problem: Right outside the door here you jump out of spawn room, there are two health lockers. That's a problem because you could just sit there with a minigun or something and spawnkill/camp like crazy, and if anyone manages to shoot you, the health lockers heal you; people get really annoyed at that.

@MonkeyBoy: Yes I agree, but I have yet to find out how to make health lockers only work for a single team.


i like it, it doesnt remind me much of team frotress 2 though
same but i would use it often for a team death match 10/10


Good Build, It does resemble Tf2 that much,
