At our maths lesson, our teacher, as usual, wasn't here, and we had no work available, so i decided to hop on a computer to go work on my IT Leaflets for a project.
Suddenly, a girl in my class [Who's obese, has downs, and VERY unstable] Starts shouting that i've just farted, class believes her and she gains a huge amount of self esteem, i simply disregard it.
But then she keeps telling the teacher i'm playing flash games, the teacher warns me but i'm not, and then she goes angry and decides to push me off the seat and turn off my PC by the switch, and laughs like an idiot.
And then i get very pissed off since it was my COURSEWORK, so i throw her against a wall, and she starts crying that i've done it for "No reason", teacher gives me detention for harming innocent girls.


I mean, seriously, what, just since she has some defects and is a girl doesn't mean she can do all this and with me taking the blame, not to mention she has an assistant in the class to do her work for her.

Anyone else had an experience with defected people having a HUGE advantage?

Why yes. I know this all too well. My parents got divorced about 6 or so years ago. Custody had it so that my Mom with a bad credit score and no job got the kids, when my father with great credit, and a good job had nodda. Even though the parents filed joint custody. So Long story short life was hard. My sister and I had to deal with plenty of Verbal abuse and groundings for no reason. I got a B on a test so I was kicked out of my room, and lived in the garage for three months. Not the best place ever.

Where was this story going?

I spent 8 months there, and decided I had enough, so I tricked CPS into coming to my house, and seeing my conditions. I was on a plane to my father's the next day. My sister stayed there for 4 years. She thinks that just because something doesn't go her way she can cry and say, "It reminds me of what my mom used to do. She hit me, and yelled at me, and made me do physical labor*Fake Cry*." She's been back for 2 or so years, and still does this. I lived with 8 months of it, and dealt with a Mentally forgeted Marine. I had it worse off. Yet, she gets anything she wants by crying and saying something about her "Oh so horrible" childhood. She hates my mother with a passion, yet when my mom sends her a letter, she replies in a heartbeat.

Not quite. The teacher based it because the child was playing on it. You know they'd be better of without the special attention. Maybe just enough to get them by. But not so much that they have someone doing work for them. Or a teacher that thinks that the child is just expressing themself, when honestly, the child knows they are getting special treatment and plays on it.

If you ask me, this seems loveist. The substitute teacher seemed to be on the girl's side. When the girl accused you of playing flash games, the teacher didn't even walk over to check or anything. he/she just went with what the girl said. Plus, this girl physically pushed you out of your chair and laughed. You did absolutely nothing wrong, and she did this without getting in trouble. Then you throw her against the wall, and only YOU get in trouble? As said, seems loveist.


I agree you should get 1 day detention for physically throwing her against the wall, but I think she should be punished for physically throwing you out of your seat. Especially while you were doing work, it's pretty much bullying.

They'd only be better off without the help because even slow people recognize when they are getting an advantage and 9/10 times ANYONE would exploit that.
