another thing we could do is every time someone tries to save (steal) someone elses build a message would appear on the host or if its dedicated the super admin or if no super admin the admin's screen sayin (name of person) is trying to save can he save and admin presses yes or no yes means he can save no means he cant.

Go read Badspots reply on the page before this before making another suggestion about saving.

well there should be a option where you only save YOUR bricks, nobody else. This saves the time of destroying everyones else brick when i play single.

oh! I cant tell you how many times that has happened to me. But what i do is hide my name and usually people know me and what i've built so its usually solved pretty fast. I dont like things being stolen. But i'll continue to play online becuase of the community and i just like the company lol.

And i'm not gunna lie i have quite a few of other peoples builds which i look at and examine carefully for certian elements of building. its how i get better and its how i spent my first day of playing BL. (which was the first day it came out)

and ill add that i hate noobs who think that stealing is just saving the build or hosting it on a server when there is full credit on it and if you dont want it stolen just add your name(s) in a secret spot and secretly show people in the server that has the build that

If you're building something serious or don't want it stolen, don't show it to the public.
If you're going to put it online and show it to everyone, be aware of the consequences.

Yeah that would really help. The noob Komofomia (or whatever her name is) wont stop spamming me because she thinks i stole builds because people f@#king saved and loaded on their server.

Badspot, Would it be possible to, when someone else saves on someone else's server, to see all the brick owners and make it a permanent part of the file name? For example someone saves, then Loads on a different server, it comes up saying:

ect. That way, people can still save at will, but cannot take credit?

2 problems with this:
A) You could edit the filename OUTSIDE of blockland, unless Badspot decided to do some kind of weird hiding on the bricksaves...
B) Nobody but the uploader ever sees the filename anyway.

Even if Badspot made a way to stop the save/load system clientside, it's perfectly possible to make your own build saver/loader which works in your own server and saving other people's builds. All the data has been sent to your PC, you can do what you like with it.

Dude people stole my builds and loaded them on their servers then took credit for it. And i was accused of build stealing and banned from 3 servers "reason: before you steal". When you spend a lot of time on a build and some1 steals it and takes credit for it that pisses you off. Think about it this way, what if you spent weeks working on a build and its really awesome. Then someone saves and loads on their server claims it for theirs and gets you banned from a couple servers for build stealing.

DON'T HOST A BUILD YOU DON'T WANT TAKEN!

If you want people to see it but not it be taken, Take screen shots, post them on the forums. If you don't want to take pics, get Fraps and take videos and put on youtube.
