Author Topic: How's this TV?  (Read 883 times)

I'm in the market for a new flatscreen tv and I've been looking around lately.

I thought it'd be pretty smart to buy it on Black Friday for the pretty decent discounts.

Then I saw this on tv which blew the stuff out of my ass: http://www.brandsmartusa.com/ProductViewer.aspx?c=0&m=0&sc=0&pg=1&pgs=10&pid=2008737

It's 1080p, 3D, 60 loving inches, has HDMI inputs, and its only loving $498.88.

I've seen things like this from Saumsung and other companies for 3000 dollars.

What do you think?

Wait a second...

Width:  53.9"

Height:  36.7"

Depth:  15.1"

So, 15.1 inches from front to back? FFFFFF- That's no flatscreen.

Buy it. 500 dollar 3D TVs are very rare. But then again, I can't visualize the size or click the link on my iPod

Not really a flatscreen, but it's a good price.

is this sold online? or you have to be there

Accually, a tv does not have to be flat to be flatscreen, it is a common misconseption.  I have a flat screen TV in my room but it is not flat.  I need to get a new TV because my big one is short circuting, I have to use my little TV to play worms 3D and star wars battlefront 2.

I prefer Plasma

Plasmas have a shorter life than flat screen TV's.

No LCD? No LED?

Dell has a $720 "50 Panasonic Plasma on sale.

It's a really good TV, and for the price, you're basically stealing it.

Well, originally it's $900. It's $720 right now. You can find it in their black Friday ad.

Dang it.  I can't get it.  I might get a "22 flat screen HD tv, or an LED or LCD.

Well this work?

I prefer Plasma
Plasma can reach extremely high temperatures if they're on for more than a few hours.

Well guys, I think I might get it. But the only this is that its not to much of a flatscreen and the reason I need a flatscreen is because I have a small room.

So would I be able to buy a wall attachment thing and put this on my wall?
It is 1 foot and 3 inches in depth.
