Ctrl-K and /kill not working

For everyone on my server the Ctrl-K comand freezes up the screen and if you press Esc then the mouse will like duplicate the UI around and around???
So whats wrong?

Try running your server without add-ons , for once.

Mission Editor won't do this. Sounds like an error with dying not creating a new player or spec. camera.

Try starting a game with no addons enabled. Then try suiciding. If it still happens, post your console.log again.
