would it be possible to cel shade in BL, and is it a good idea?

I don't think it would fit in very well with Blockland.

Duplicate your mesh scale it a tad over the other flip normals paint it black. Psuedo CellShading.

late reply, but it's because cel shading doesn't work like that.

The way you'd explain it would work in some games. But you're forgetting, that you'd have to leave the outside texture of the mesh transparent, and make the inside black.

This is what I mean by cel shade.

I'm trying to get that, Toon shading.

Yeah, that's what Cellshading is.
