Website recreation might let me make a topic about it?

I have a website which I wanted to make a topic about previously, and I think I just did, now I realised I will break some rules, it has just a little section about Blockland, so the main website theme is not "Blockland", if I will remake my website where the main topic is Blockland, and some other subsections, may I create a thread about it in General Discussion?

I made this topic exactly so I won't rish that.
If Badspot says it's ok, good.
If he does not give a stuff, good.
If he does not like about it, I will get my ass banned.

Well, I don't want to risk the bolded part, so I want to know if it's ok before doing something stupid. And also get flamed for doing it... I just did a stupid thing already so yeah.
