Someone is doing a normal task. They either pass out, hallucinate, or start seizing randomly.
House theme starts.
House walks in, says witty comment.
Gets case.
Makes another witty comment.
Goes to patient.
Makes, yet again, another witty comment.
Patient asks what's wrong.
House says something rude or sarcastic.
Bunch of tests are done.
All negative.
Patient starts convulsing.
Commercial.
House comes back
Patient is now perfectly fine.
Some sort of love drama.
House chugs vicodin.
Still can't figure out what's wrong.
Discusses with colleagues.
Has a revelation.
Cures patient with some overly complicated or unbelievably simplistic diagnoses.
They walk out with happy music or house playing the blues on his guitar.
End.
