Ugh. This new Goldeneye for the Wii is a loving insult to those of us who played it back in the day. They bastardized what was once a classic, and a great game, just to appeal to the kiddies that play on the Wii. Go forget yourself Nintendo, why couldn't you just let them release the XBLA version you loving douchebags, I wanted my nostalgia, like with Perfect Dark. I mean, for forgets sake, the XBLA version was FINISHED in the same way Perfect Dark XBLA was, no-less. God damn, this whole situation really makes me angry at Nintendo.

I understand your angry..ness(?). I also have great memories of the older Goldeneye back from my childhood. But I don't see this as a remake, nor a sequel. It are two COMPLETELY different games. I barely see any connection. I wouldn't dare to compare them.

-butt hurt snip-
IF you like the old one so much why don't you go back and play it huehuehuehue

You're still in your childhood, be quiet.

The problem I have is that they impeded the progress of the XBLA port in favor of a different game with the same name designed to appeal to the kiddies and deceive the gamers who played it ages ago. It also inspired me to write a very long letter to Nintendo's PR service.

I have this game already. God, I wish my house had wi-fi. T_T

I asked for it for my birthday. I hope I get it. (February 13th)

Hahaha. I remember watching my dad skip along happily with a new game, I saw the cover and was sad that I was too young to play.
