28000 to 28032

PROTOCOL TCP

IP ADDRESS > YOUR ROUTER'S ADDRESS. (Must be Static. If it's dynamic make it static)

I lost you after "IPv4 address"

Goto start:

Goto Run:

Type cmd.exe and hit enter

Type ipconfig

Look for IPv4
