My internet loves the Blockland forums but not the other websites?

Okay, for some reason I can only access the Blockland forums and browse it and stuff but I can't visit other websites? That's really strange for me. I also got disconnected from a Minecraft server. What is going on?

You don't need Fraps to take a screenshot. Press the PrntScn (print screen) key, or if you're on a laptop, it might be the Fn key + PrtnScn. Once you've done that, open something like Paint and press CTRL + V. Edit the screenshot if needed, upload to image hosting site such as Photobucket, copy IMG code, paste in new post here, voila.
