ok this sore throat makes me swallow alot right, well i clench my teeth when i swalllow. I'/ve down it so much, my bottom, all the way to the left side (biggest tooth) hurts like a motherforgeter. This has been happening to both sides, just one is the top.
Its hurts very much ;.;

I should think that there wouldn't be a problem if you didn't have this odd need to clench your teeth while swallowing...

i would imagine these are adult teeth so i would suggest seeing a dentist asap because adult teeth are a one-time thing and this may/may not be something that could endanger them.

but i'm not a dentist so i'm not sure. better to schedule and appointment.

i find it harder to swallow when my teeth aren't clenched

Stop chewing tobacco then.

Throat viruses. I get them every winter because the lack of humidity dries out my throat and it cracks making it easy for infection to get in. It'll hurt to swallow for around three weeks. Sometimes to the point where all you can do is grab a spittoon as swallowing will be far too painful. If possible, get Xythromax. Most potent antibiotics I have ever had and clears it up in around a week. As for your tooth, don't clench your teeth it might be too much pressure with the combination of all the acidic drinks you consume might cause it to fracture and that will hurt worse than your throat will.
