I have 3 computers, and I would like to install blockland on all three, Can I use the same key on all three, or do I need to by more copies of blockland, I don't want to play an extra $40 dolers for a game i already own?

Yes you can use the same key on all three, you can even play at the same time if you're all behind the same router. On all copys of bl your name needs to be the same though.

Ok, But I hav a laptop, and I play blockland in diffrent places, Will I get my account deleated if I do? but most Of the time I'm using my home network

If you're connected in another location and someone is playing at your house at the same time, yes you will be temporarily suspended from playing bl, only a few minutes though I believe.  But if it's just you on your account you'll be fine.
