Using camera mods maybe? Also there was rather a lot of trial and error with in each scene. I took round 45 minutes to get the Siten jump and spin part correct. I expect also the majority of camera effects that made it lovey were filters over the movie :3

Most likely a player wipe out. Just like when you fall when riding on skis. There are multiple items, tools, events and mods that can force a player to wipe out. Very fun to play around with them...
