Did you order it by credit card or a letter? If you sent a letter, it should take some time depending on how far you are from the EUA. If you used a credit card, you should refer a message to support@blockland.us and see what Badspot can do. If you used any characters out of the ascii (~, ^, `) at the customer's name, you certainly should refer to Badspot.
