Oh, so humans can't make mistakes?

Sometimes humans can make to many mistakes/Incredibly stupid mistakes, and therefore "EVRY 1 MAK MESTAK" is dumb/inaccurate.

In nasa, if you get all the math wrong and you slam a space ship into a satilite, you cant just go "everyone makes mistakes lol sry" to make everything okay.
