I just went to the mall. Although I've heard they're much rarer in America, sadly.
You might be able to get them on a restaurant.

I was thinking about doing this a few weeks back, I found a store that sells boxes of coke in glass bottles so I could get one, convert them all to nuka cola (and add a little something to the drink to change the taste - I already know what this would be) and have them for a Lan or something

Not really, I found the cap on internet, printed it and applied it with glue. It may sound a little weird but it looks pretty good.
