I have Windows Vista and i want to know what it is. I know its a NVIDIA onboard graphics card. Please help.

Press Winkey + R and type "dxdiag" into the text box, and then press Enter. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool will then open; navigate to the "Display" tab and your graphics card will be listed there.

ok,so i have a GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
