I have an 8400GS too. :o
Same amount of memory too.
Mine's PCI, however. :s

PSU is underpowered, so is the GPU.  Go for an nvidia 8600 GT.

what do you suggest fpr PSU?
EDIT:
can my other pc take a PCI express x16 2.0, or does it need to be a PCI express x16?

You chose a M-ATX PSU which will not fit. The card you chose is also quite old. See if you can get at least an 8800.

no. you start by getting a budget from dad. then you tell us the budget.

i can suggest a good 800 dollar computer, a good 3000 dollar computer, and slap you for wanting a 300 dollar one.
but we cant do anything without a number

looked up cyberpower, and it has bad reviews.

talking to dad, he prefers a Gigibyte or Asus mobo, and an AMD processor.

well,if you want it to be so specific, then you should buy parts and build one.

when you want a measly 600 dollar computer, you shouldn't be so picky about individual part brands.
