Well yes, but two things:

1. I was just correcting Rookie's guess on Eksi's ID range.
2. Your ID used to be in the >3000 range, but even then, ID doesn't determine building skill.

Theres an easier way then this. Go Options > Advance and scroll down to Misc Options. Tick the "Detect aaowf3" checkbox and click done.

 I'm working on a house, it has plenty of windows (special windows used for design), it currently has only a few pieces of furniture, it's 2 stories (fairly tall, mind you) and I had to use a bunch of small pieces to build it. It doesn't have incredible architectural design and it's simple. Does that classify me as a noob?
 I sometimes purposely misspell things. Does that classify me as a noob?
 I'm fascinated at simple things. Does that classify me as a noob?
 My ID is in the 10Ks. Does that classify me as a noob?
 I'm not the greatest eventer. Does that classify me as a noob?
 I sometimes leave a server because of an add-on I don't like or because I don't want to sit around for an hour long load. Does that classify me as a noob?
 Some of my builds are not completed. Does that classify me as a noob?
 I sometimes wand builds because they're spammy. Does that classify me as a noob?
 I sometimes notify the host when the server becomes laggy. Does that classify me as a noob?

So technically this rules out everything else you have said becuase they are never on servers?
