This doesn't actually make buildable vehicles. It exports the build into a model and then he scripted it to be a vehicle. If this were to be a complete mod on it's own without the need of a 3rd party program, then it would only be able to be used in single-player.
You haven't seen the script, how would you know? In fact, you're incorrect. There's no third party program: it works as you'd expect it to. Xang joined my server without downloading anything and we drove around in a [poorly built] green thing that we called a car. He was able to see it and ride in it too, no problems there.
Though they look nice, they were just dynamic emitters. They have no functionality, though I'm not expecting them to.

Hurry up and create your version that will outclass my poorly scripted version. I got bored of mine but surely yours will be able to entertain everyone, myself included. You planned to release yours, too, since there's no way players will be able to be mean to each other ingame with your scripting talents, right? We're waaaitiiing.
