Stick it in your pooper.
Thats not very helpful to the cause.

600 is hard but doable. You might have to cut a few corners quality wise.

I dont care if the games looks bad as long as it plays good.

That one above looked decent, but I don't know much about Radeon graphic cards at all.

The question shouldn't be that you need help finding one, but that you need help building one!

You could get a lot more bang for your buck, and it will most likely turn out better if you build it from $600 worth of parts than getting a $600 premade crap turd.

This person obviously doesn't know too much about computers, I doubt he would be able to build one. But maybe someone in his family can help him.

Yeah that's what I was thinking, although with some research and a bit of brains, you can.

Or get someone too.

This is the only gaming PC they have. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883229209

Really good comp to use as a bare bones kit actually. Everything seems decent other than the video card. I mean it's not terrible, the vid card will be able to play source games on high settings and modern games like Just Cause on medium-high(ish) settings. I recommend using that left over 100 bucks of your budget to get a new video card which will be quite hard though because my card was 280 bucks.

I dont know how to edit or make a computer and no one i know does either.
