Author Topic: My entire loving school is handicapped during English  (Read 6558 times)

Yup.
During English , I am pretty much the only one with a decent English knowledge.
I live in The Netherlands , and go to school in Belgium.
We get 3 hours of English a week.
Everyone in my class makes Sentences like this:
"He was do the laundry."
No. It is not a joke of theirs.
THEY THINK THEY ARE DOING IT RIGHT.
They also pronounce like stuff.
Like sniper: pronounced as snaipe
They pronounce it as sneeper.
And I normally go with this.
But today beated everything.
I sat almost an entire lesson faceplmed at my desk.
Seeing 0.01% of all belgium people know what a facepalm is , they didn't notice.
Why did I do that? WE WHERE WATCHIGN A loving STUPID MOVIE.
ABOUT RUDOLF THE REDNOSE REINDEER.
PEGI 8
Half of the class started laughing when his nose was glowing.
the other half did not understand.
What the stuff no argh.

We watched that and the other parts.
Like 12 times. Then a high pitched voice song came in another video , and I was the only one not singing along.
Oh and BTW , I am in the 3rd grade of high-school.

Worst part: I have to know the song for an exam , for stupid and yet to be discovered reasons , so that means I have to listen to it in my free time.
What do I do against this and how do I raise other people's IQ?

I live in Belgium and I know what a facepalm is! :cookieMonster:

Also, inorite, people loving suck at English. It's probably the ones who don't use the internet and/or don't watch TV enough.

Stop caring about it man, just be like 'Ha! I'm better than these fools!'.

Oh and where do you go to school? :o

23 kilometers.

You still suck at English lol :cookieMonster:

Being welsh, and in a welsh school, ironically, half of the people in our school can't even speak welsh properly.
For example "Rydw i yn siarad cymraeg" is "I'm speaking welsh"
When they do it, they say "rydym i yn speakio cymru" which is basically saying "We i speaks wales"
Most of the parents dump their handicapped english children in welsh schools since of the benefits they'll get from employers for knowing the language.
Not that i'm calling all english people handicapped, but the people who dump english children in welsh schools and think they'd actually speak it.
And i have superior English skills compared to them, while Welsh was my first language.
