Ok so i was wondering something, If someone is typing a reply to a topic, And then the author of that topic locks it while your still typing your reply, Would you be able to post that reply?

Why should it? There's no connection. As far as the forum knows, you're trying to reply to a locked topic. AKA, it won't go through. If that was possible, people could leave messages like "HAHAHA, I POSTED forgetFACE." into locked topics.
