Creeper Gamemode

When I place a creeper brick and start a mini-game,I set the playertype to Creeper gamemode,but the creeper doesnt move. When I wrench it,it says Wrench:-- BL_ID:.
Regeneration is off,The creeper is set as Pesky, the health is Fragile.

Did you remember to say /newcreepgame after you started the mini-game?
