Avatar "theft"

Just curious; is it actually a punishable "crime" on these forums if someone takes your avatar Icon as their own without asking and/or giving credit? :/

This one guy had what I thought was my avatar for -=>RR<=-MasterCE account. Turned out to be an updated version of the avatar the guy made for me and I never noticed, but still purposed for me nonetheless.

He says his friend found it and gave it to him... meh.

No i know that trick he did.  The "this guy is handicapped" is the link that clicking "Profile" takes you to. So is anyone clicks it, they will be taken to their profile.
