Underaged love? No.
From my underaged and naive point of view (12 an' counting. ;D), love is a delicate thing that should not be used/abused out of wedlock. (Don't give me the "When a boy reaches a certain age..." BS. I am aware I will change greatly) As previously mentioned, most people are not mature enough to handle a comitment of that amazing magnitude. People under the age of 18 (16 in some most states) are imature in some ways and are simply cannot judge going "too far". Child care is a lot of work, and costs a lot of money... which some parents or guardians might not be willing to pay.
