If you're saying this because you assumed he 'doesn't care,' he never made a direct statement that he doesn't care. 'cool' can be taken both ways, to show interest and to not give a stuff--however that's called sarcasm and since he didn't indicate sarcasm, sorry guy but he's not going to get banned.
