Author Topic: Yesterday I had an headache  (Read 3772 times)

I went to sleep very soon and I had more dreams then ever and one of them was such an awesome idea.
That awesome dream that I want to tell you guys is actually just Assassins Creed without the Assassins Creed part.

In my dream it was like that: There was a huge open world, destroyed, the huge open world could be compared with the GTA worlds. Okay, to get to the point I was dreaming about some sorta Left 4 Dead game with Assassins Creed free running technology.
An huge open world which is destroyed and full of zombies, and you have to run away, gain data about what actually happened and bla bla bla.

Resident Evil meets AC.

Since English isn't your first language, here's a tip for an/a usage:

Use "an" when the first letter of the next word is a vowel (e.g. an apple, an egg, an idiot, an orange, an umbrella)
Use "a" when the first letter of the next word is a consonant (e.g. a headache, a dog, a plane, a cow)

Yesterday I had a headache, a sorean on fire throat, and most likely a fever. This is continued today, I didn't have any great dreams that I can remember though.

This game would be pretty cool though, especially if there was some sort of base in the city that you upgrade the defenses of and such as the game goes on, I like upgrading things in games.

an open world free roam zombie game

what an original idea

Mirrors edge with zombies

-help-

That's very helpful, thanks.
I never took English class, everything I know I've learned myself.

anyways, back to "my game":

13:40 - [DeviL]BoneStorm: I Saw your thread :|
13:40 - Jessica Boomer: in my dream it looked so amazing
13:42 - Jessica Boomer: It was actually just assassins creed with zombies and a destroyed city
13:42 - Jessica Boomer: a destroyed island
13:42 - [DeviL]BoneStorm: :o You were playing it or you were in it actually? :o
13:42 - Jessica Boomer: it was more like a video
13:42 - Jessica Boomer: the guy i've dreamed of was some kind of soldier
13:43 - Jessica Boomer: and he was actually at home
13:43 - Jessica Boomer: and suddenly jumped out of the window
13:43 - Jessica Boomer: on a tree
13:43 - Jessica Boomer: and when he landed on the ground after jumping off the tree
13:43 - Jessica Boomer: there were a few zombies
13:43 - Jessica Boomer: and he run away
13:43 - Jessica Boomer: to a railway
13:43 - Jessica Boomer: and one zombie followed him
13:43 - Jessica Boomer: and he punched him down
13:44 - Jessica Boomer: and run along the railway
13:44 - Jessica Boomer: and then it somehow changed the whole concept
13:44 - Jessica Boomer: and suddenly the guy I dreamed of was something else
13:44 - Jessica Boomer: killing big thingies
13:44 - Jessica Boomer: :s

Jessica Boomer?

Also, I hate when dream change like that but in the dream you don't really notice it until you wake up.

Since English isn't your first language, here's a tip for an/a usage:

Use "an" when the first letter of the next word is a vowel or vowel sound (e.g. an apple, an egg, an idiot, an orange, an umbrella, an herb)
Use "a" when the first letter of the next word is a consonant (e.g. a headache, a dog, a plane, a cow)

Amended.

Do we talk about our crazy video game dreams now? :D

I'm referring to English, not American English. Don't bother trying to confuse people who are trying to learn English with these fringe examples.

Jessica Boomer?
A friend told me to change my name to it, I really don't know why.

It was really stupid. It was like I was smashing people to death that were the size of my hand and I was compared to the island like a human compared to lego. It was so weird.

Do we talk about our crazy video game dreams now? :D
Sure, go on .

Nobody comes to the forums to learn English at all, actually, so really, it doesn't matter. He's doing the exact same thing that you were just doing, don't try to make yourself look better than he is when he's just making you look at yourself from a different perspective.

I was being helpful - the guy doesn't speak English as a first language and I know that, and I do the same for foreign speakers at work. WhoDa obviously appreciates it. Trying to then confuse him with "vowel sounds" and obscure American grammar corruption is just silly and nonconstructive.

Well personally I never knew this.

Provided Sirrus didn't either, I'm sure he didn't mean to confuse him intentionally.

My apologies.
