The place where he hosted his add-ons is also no-longer available.

No he wasn't. He was doing that to get attention. He only made add-ons for attention as well. Admitted to it after I complained how bad they were. He didn't want to make something quality for us, he just wanted his name out there.

Also saying he was a girl was just adding onto the trolling he was doing.

Every time I think of Pandan, I still think of him trying to dress up as a Vocaloid for Halloween.

It makes me laugh, then makes me terrified at the thought.

He was generally an insufferable douche and accumulated several minor bans.

Then he had a drama meltdown and Self Delete-spammed the forums, got perma-banned.

Then he begged me for YEARS to unban him.  Eventually I did.

Then he was normal for a while.

Then he had another drama meltdown and Self Delete-spammed the forum again and I re-banned him.
