This is highly suspicious because it looks like a coloring book page traced with the photoshop pen tool which is a favorite method of art thieves.

Why on the first image it says Peter Panner and on second Robert S. Dooli[?]g? Oh the rabbit is Peter Panner.
Also does not look like the same, how you made it in the computer form? I believe you took it from the internet,  put your paper over the monitor and traced it, the one you hand drawn and the one you did on the computer are not really indentical.

This might not be precise but whatever.

Tineye is a reverse image search.  You put in an image to find other places where that image occurs on the web.  When you search for an image you are "posting" an image to it.  You would know this if you were not a handicapped child who traced coloring books. 

Repost your drawings and post some other crap that you have "drawn" or you're getting banned.
