Submitted the ticket since my posts were at most vaguely noticed.

How should I modify this before I submit it as a new ticket? Also, it's quotable because I removed the end quote thing.

Back in August, Poptag held an event that would grant MapleStory players 5 Gachapon codes via email. When I didn't receive mine, despite even being on the official winners list as "MegaScience," I submitted a ticket. Last month, it was closed with response it had been solved. It has not.

I have yet to receive the codes, although I still receive other, regular emails from Nexon. As such, I don't believe the email to be blocked. I ask for the Gachapon codes said to be received, please. I find this unfair to still have not received them after over 4 months.

Well here's how the story goes. I was playing Vindictus and I was trying to beat this pain in the ass dungeon. I get the boss to like 1 hit left and he loving pins me against the wall with some stupid ass glitch and he beats me to death.

 Not wanting to redo the entire loving thing I went to purchase a revival that costs 300NX. I charged my account with 5000NX and I jump back into the game which shows that I have 5000NX in my account. Insufficient Funds

What the forget? So I wait for half an hour and it still says I can't purchase a loving 300NX revival with 5000NX in my account. It could have just been my purchase processing but I can only stay in a dungeon for an hour before the game kicks you out. So I was pretty much forgeted. I sent Nexon an email regarding the situation and requesting a refund.

I doubt they will my account got banned from combat arms for some stuff reason didnt get appealed untill last week (Banned on may)

 I really doubt they will but if they do I'll forgive them. If not they can go burn in loving hell and I'll be searching for a loving way to sue the bastards.
