Duplicator breaks on dedicated server?

So i host dedicated servers sometimes. but when i use dup it doesn't work i changed to every map and still doesn't work. ive re-downloaded it, doesn't work :/

For some reason the duplicator doesn't work sometimes on dedi servers, but some times it does. It happens to me every now and again.

Just test the duplicator before a bunch of people join, and if it doesn't work restart the server till it does.
