Realistic Cooking

Yet ANOTHER update.
There's been an update. See this post.







Some extra information:

• There are two seconds between each "cooking tick."
• 10 ticks are required to cook the burger, 25 to burn it.
• You can click on the burger to see it's cooking progress.
• Say "eat" then click the burger's parts to eat them.
• The oven can be turned on by clicking the black surface.
• A fully cooked and unburnt burger piece heals 50 health.
• The events are able to be copied in other bricks for custom food--you can change required cooking time, burning time, fully cooked color and burnt color.
• Once the bricks receive relays they fire a second relay up so that any other bricks stacked upon the bricks on the oven are also cooked.

I've been thinking about submitting this to Ascii as an App, think it's good enough?

Yeah, I'll agree with you that the oven is pretty basic, but it's all about the events, right? :3

Pretty nice, I don't know the clan, but I think you have a chance at joining.

Brings up some interesting ideas...

Maybe something like an Oven-shaped brick and an add-on like Bushido's Sentry that deploys a burger onto the stove?

Or maybe you'd have to combine ingredients on a "Chopping Block" brick to make a burger first, and THEN deploy it.

But that's stuff for Suggestions and Requests. Ontopic: Pretty cool! Not sure how you'd actually eat it, though.

I didn't know that a burger cooking in 2 seconds was realistic. :)
But really, this is pretty nice, and can be used for a lot of different things. If there was a freezer, you could freeze food, and thaw it, cook it, blah blah. Or possibly having different bricks equal different ingredients, and a combinations of certain ingredients would equal a food.
Just some ideas.
