Dedicated Won't Load all Bricks

This is REALLY weird.
I have a save file that I KNOW is over 10000 bricks.
I loaded it on my dedicated server and it said 4932/4932 bricks loaded.
4932?!!! There's over 10000 bricks! I loaded it again and this time it said 2046/2046 loaded!
What's going on?! It's weird...

It was. But why was the max amount different the second time? I had been on the server for 2 hours before saving. And only half of all the buildings loaded.

The save probably completed.
The bricks must be spread out beyond your vision (Dont know why it would do this), perhaps if you load it in a different location each time it will load the bricks of that area? Add more details on this.

Also, it works FINE on singleplayer AND other people's servers.
