Horse and rowboat

the horse and rowboat on my PC doesnt work I was wondering why and I wanted to see if anyone would post a DL to them (the DEFAULT ones) I know this should be in help but no one was posting and Im very impatient :(
when I try to get on the horse or rowboat vehicle , it doesnt Mount me.

well as the others say, this should be in help, but try reinstalling, it should re-dl the default add ons and keep your new ones as well

Hmm... some RTB add-ons have been known to mess up default ones. Re-installing would be best.
