Help Locating - Full size of this Portal Avatar

This girl I know is using this avatar, and is almost playing a game in that I can't easily source it. But I call upon thee, the Blocklanders of Randomosity, to help me source it. Note that Tineye does not have it in logs as of yet, sadly.

It seems to be Chell, the protagonist of Portal, sitting and holding one of the turrets. The rest can be derived from the above image. HAVE AT YOU, THEN!
