To the 90% of you who din;t read the article: The new rule has nothing to directly do with monitoring your internet use. The new rule will have loopholes that allow ISPs to block or limit access to certain websites. For example, your ISP could make a "Basic" plan that only allows you use a few news sites, shopping sites, and Email. Then they could change you more money to get to any site you want.
