Requiring Builders For Movie

Hello,
I am developing a movie right now, I don't want to give much detail away, but its a Blockland drama / murder mystery-- more of a miniseries than a full blown movie. I am requiring builders at this stage. Things that need to be built.

Police Station (Exterior)
Generic Office Building (Interior and exterior)
Highway
Middle-class House (Interior and exterior, preferably with street)

A kitchen and living room are important. The yard is also, as far as the front yard goes, as the character parks his car on the drive and walks in.

They need to be to a decent standard. Relatively detailed. But they don't have to be the best builds ever made. c:

Try to go for modern American style, if possible. Like this (not literally that, its quite big and detailed, just do your best).

Good question. It would be good to have these builds in 2 to 3 weeks or less, if possible.

What do I need to do on it though, should it just be a long bridge. Also would I use default road bricks etc.

Elevated highway, simple straight road, the odd light. No cars. Think Sim City 4 (except, just the one, not two like in the photo). Doesn't matter what bricks.
