Author Topic: Game randomly crashes.  (Read 582 times)

So here's the problem in a nutshell:

Every time I start up Blockland it takes a while to load, but I don't mind that. A short
while after that the monitor will either turn black or occasionally fill with lines and
stripes. During this I can't get to the start menu or task manager and have no choice
left but to manually shut it down.

If anyone can help me out with this I'd be more than grateful to accept it.

P.S. Console.log is attached.

How old is your computer and what version of Windows are you running?

Windows XP, about 2 years old.

The console.log shows you successfully starting the game and even starting a server.
However, it does show that you don't close the game normally. (Either crashed or forced to be closed [via shutdown as you said])

Skimming through, I couldn't see any problems. Though you have plenty of broken add-ons, I don't think they're the cause.

There may be problems with your video driver. If there's anyone you know in real life that knows things about computer hardware, ask them first. They can work much more conveniently than someone over the internet.

Like Chrono said, there might be a problem with your video driver. But I used to have this problem too. When I upgraded to Windows 7 it stopped though.

Thanks for the help everybody.
