Author Topic: Server hosts lack the ability to choose addons wisely?  (Read 2521 times)

I'm sadly stuffface mcgee, I tell myself "What if I want to do something different? I'm to lazy to end the server to change the add-ons so I'll just enable them all"

dont blame me im just lazy ;-;
So am I

I totally agree with you Proog. On my server I enable only the add-ons I use.

Nice bump ya' got there

I don't disable add-ons for anything just incase I need them.

Dedicated servers enable everything

YOUR FUNNY!

No they don't. You go on Blockland, select Add-ons (or edit the ADD_ON_LIST.cs) and then quit Blockland, and start the server.

Ok, fine, they don't enable them, dedicated servers EXECUTE all add-ons.

Funny how I just started a dedi with only defaults when much more is installed.

I remember this guy had disabled all but mininuke, even like ahmmer and such, it was a freebuild

Hey, some of us can't decide what we want to do and instead randomly skip back and forth. Would you want to reset your server to disable and enable add-ons every time you decide to change the type of server?

Ever since V18, people believe that they can have everything enabled and nobody will care because of the fast download system.

I hate when this sort of thing happens.

There should be an add-on, that finds out which add-ons are currently in use in your build, and disables the rest. :D
