You need to-

1.) start Blockland.
2.) click the button that says key/register/etc or anything relating to that matter?
3.) look at the code that was sent to you and put it INTO the text boxes?

And one more thing-use good grammar, because around here, not a lot of people like to see run on sentences.

Ontopic:
Check your email for the Auth. Code, it should be there.
Once you get it, copy it, and then paste into the Authentication Bar (bottom of the screen). It should work.

Where the forget are you getting this? He says he bought the game already, and there's a problem with that. If he did buy it, it's in the records. Otherwise, he won't get anything. But I see no where where it'd imply "give me a new one" or anything. He's just scared he can't retry.
