I highly doubt that. Countries like the US and the UK don't allow civvies to purchase military grade explosives, and it's ridiculous hard to get Light Machine Guns or even grenade launchers. The UK's laws are MUCH more strict about firearms than the US, and we can't even purchase automatic weapons (firearms like the AR-15 and AK models are all semi-automatic). That stuff's sketchy even for the NRA. So really, this boils down to that you're flat-out lying to make yourself look cool.
