Internet explorer forgeted up (kinda derp)

Well, i was just downloadig Sumotori, played it, closed my internet, and oh goody
each time i close internet Explorer, I get the error: Internet explorer has stopped working" or something like that. Anyone know a way to fix it? I deleted the stuff i think might be causing it, i deleted sumotori first, but it didnt do anything
